FM-LX SERIES

By adopting load cell charging system, multi-stage load switching is possible. The load switching work has evolved from conventional dial operation to smooth touch panel operation. Any load can be selected when ordering. (within the load range minimum to maximum) Equipped with a hardness conversion function. During HV measurement, the conversion value to any scale can be displayed on the front panel at the same time.

 

EQUIPPED WITH A BUILT-IN CAMERA MECHANISM
Independently developed automatic indentation with dedicated high-performance software and PC measurement. By removing the measuring microscope, the appearance is renewed. (R type with automatic indentation reading function)

FORCED TEST BY LOAD CELL
In addition to the conventional weighing method, a range of models adopting load cell loading and multi-step load changing have made it possible to achieve high accuracy. The multiple loading type 50 gf ~ 10 kgf various with a wide loading range corresponds to various tests. (FM-LX Series)

TILTED TURRET
By adopting an inclined turret, the rotation of the turret reduces the risk of contact between the sample and the penetrator/objective lens.

INFINITY LENSES
In addition to the 2 standard lenses (×10 and ×50), up to 5 can be installed at the same time. (optional) A wider range of measurement and observation is possible, from low magnification to high magnification.

DOUBLE ATTEMPTS
Standard 1 | Vickers Penetrator (HV) Option 1 | Vickers (HV) / Knoop (HK) / Brinell (HB) A total of 2 pieces of different penetrators can be installed.

 

CAPACITIVE TOUCH PANEL
The main display screen can be changed by swiping. Capacitive touch panel realizes light touch operation. The measured data can be transferred directly by connecting to a PC from the output port of the main unit. Eliminates recording errors by operators.
